Worcester Public Schools is pleased to announce both middle and high school programs for this summer. The programs will run for 15 days on the following days:
Monday, June 25th – Friday, June 29th
Monday, July 2nd – Tuesday, July 3rd
Monday, July 9th – Friday, July 13th
Monday, July 16th – Wednesday, July 18th
High School Program
Each high school program will focus on credit recovery and remediation for students currently in grades 9-11 for 3.5 hours each day. In addition, there will be a CCC program for 11th and 12th grade students at three sites for 6 hours each day. Students targeted for this program are those who have not passed MCAS. Students will participate in focused instruction 3.5 hours per day in Math, Biology or ESL and will participate in an internship experience for 2.5 hours per day.

Middle School Program
Each middle school program will focus on course recovery and remediation for students currently in grades 7th and 8th for 3.5 hours each day. Priority will be given to current 8th grade students in need of course recovery. Burncoat Middle School, Claremont Academy, and Sullivan Middle School will have 21st Century Programs.
